Baucus tilts to the left on health care

Senate Finance Committee Chair Max Baucus has set about revising his sweeping health care bill in response to Democratic concerns (and, crucially,  a key Republican) about how to deal with insurance costs, part of his struggle to deliver on Obama's top domestic priority.
