"contents": "<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Serves 4</span></span></span></p>\r\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\r\n3 Tbs peanut oil\r\n8 chicken thighs, legs and breasts, the last cut in half across the middle\r\n12 pitted black olives and their brine\r\nZest and juice of two ripe oranges\r\nLots of garlic, crushed and sliced\r\nRosemary sprigs\r\nSalt and pepper\r\nCashews, toasted</span></span></span></p>\r\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cashews were used instead of almonds for this recipe, but there’s no reason you can’t use the latter.</span></span></span></p>\r\nRinse and dry the chicken pieces. Pour peanut oil into an oven pan. Add chicken pieces and douse in oil all over. Season well with salt and pepper. Scatter around the olives, garlic, and rosemary sprigs.
