DA lose outright majority in Saldanha Bay in the WC. DA 13 (17) ANC 6 (8) GOOD 4 PA 1 CCC 1 VF+ 1 EFF 1. DA will need to form a coalition with the VF+ as GOOD hurt the DA and ANC in Saldanha Bay.
