"contents": " \r\n\r\n<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Send your Lockdown Recipes to <a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\">[email protected]</a> with a high-resolution horizontal (landscape) photo.</span></i>\r\n\r\n<b>Ingredients</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Tbsp butter</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 large onion, finely chopped</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1kg coarsely ground beef mince</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cloves garlic, finely chopped</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp ginger, grated</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tsp Rajah Medium Curry Powder</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp turmeric, ground</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tsp cumin, ground</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tsp coriander, ground</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 whole cloves</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1/2 cup raisins or sultanas</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1/2 cup chutney (preferably Mrs Balls)</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salt and pepper to taste</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 lemon leaves</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cups full cream milk</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 large eggs</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Method</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sauté the onion in the butter until soft and translucent. Add the garlic, meat and spices and fry until fragrant and cooked through. Add the raisins/sultanas, chutney and parsley and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the mince mixture to an ovenproof dish and press down slightly with the back of a spoon. Neatly place lemon leaves into the mince mixture.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whisk together milk and eggs and gently pour over the dish.
