"contents": "<b>Ingredients</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 x 600 g piece of beef fillet, whole, trimmed</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 Tbsp char siu sauce</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp sambal oelek</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp soy sauce</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp yuzu paste</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">600 g beef fillet</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Method</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Season beef all over with salt and leave to stand in the fridge for a few hours. Mix ingredients together and massage into beef fillet inside a ziplock bag. Marinate for 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
