"contents": " \r\n\r\n<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This accompanies Tony Jackman’s column on the <a href=\"https://www.dailymaverick.co.za/article/2020-11-06-the-dark-arts-of-soy/\">Dark Arts of Soy</a></span></i>\r\n\r\n<b>Ingredients</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 piece rolled pork belly</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">¼ cup soy sauce</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">¼ cup honey</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">⅓ cup hoisin sauce</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 Tbsp full cream sherry</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp five spice (a mix of cinnamon, fennel, cloves, star anise and Szechaun peppercorns)</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp garlic powder</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Method</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Salt the rolled pork belly well all over.
