"contents": " \r\n\r\n<b>Ingredients</b>\r\n\r\n<b><i>Serves 6-8</i></b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 kg peeled baby potatoes</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10-15 peeled pickling onions</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50g finely chopped ginger</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250g leeks chopped (about 5mm thick)</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 whole house of garlic peeled</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">About 500ml chicken stock</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt and pepper to taste (I love ground pepper so I use lots)</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bacon chopped and crisply fried</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Method</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat olive oil in a deep pot, add the ginger, simmer until it is soft. Add leeks, garlic and onions, mix gently to avoid breaking the leeks & onions up.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the potatoes, stock, salt & pepper and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and leave to simmer for at least an hour.
