"contents": " \r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peanuts and chicken are a great flavour combination. This is also possibly one of the easiest chicken dishes on the planet. I prefer to use bone-on chicken pieces as they seem to hold more flavour but you can use whatever pieces you like, you may also want to add more or less peanut butter, depending on your taste. Either way, it’s sure to become a family favourite.</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Ingredients </b>\r\n\r\n<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serves 4-6</span></i>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8 pieces chicken (legs, wings, thighs)</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150g crunchy peanut butter</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250ml cream</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Tbs honey</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp soya sauce</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp grated ginger</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 clove finely chopped garlic</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 red bell pepper, chopped</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 whole chopped chilli (optional)</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt and pepper to taste</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Tbs peanut oil.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp lemon zest</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juice of ½ a lemon.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150g baby mielies (corn)</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100g green beans, halved</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fresh coriander leaves to serve</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50g chopped roasted peanuts</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Method</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix all ingredients except the baby mielies, beans and coriander into a thick sauce.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place chicken in a casserole dish, pour sauce over and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 160deg C, add the veg and gently stir in.
