Lohan gets a booze detector

A Beverly Hills court ordered actress Lindsay Lohan to be fitted with an alcohol-monitoring bracelet, which senses if the wearer has been drinking and sends out a signal to a monitoring company. The court was unimpressed that she had been partying in Cannes when she was supposed to have been at a hearing last week, a stunt that nearly got her arrested.
