"contents": "<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cricket South Africa have announced much-changed squads for the multi-format series against India which starts on Sunday.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kagiso Rabada and Temba Bavuma have been rested for the white-ball series with coaches Rob Walter (white ball) and Shukri Conrad’s (red-ball) focus shifting to the Test series which forms part of the World Test Championship.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It’s the Proteas’ first World Test Championship series and according to Conrad, they have selected “a squad that can beat India, not just compete against them”.</span>\r\n\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1965692\" src=\"https://www.dailymaverick.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Cricket-Proteas-squads-2.jpg\" alt=\"Shukri Conrad\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" /> <em>Proteas Head Coach Shukri Conrad.
