Because the ANC has destroyed the education system, fewer and fewer people from the previously disadvantaged, are able to study to gain the necessary skills to fill posts in the private sector, which makes it difficult for them to be brought on board. For this reason, transformation, willy nilly, results in a drop in productivity and standards. Water and sewerage in municipalities and ESKOM are cases in point, of which there are scores. Education is the key to the majority of SA Inc's problems.

As a small business owner, the new act would cripple my business and cast those whom we have employed, taken on a rigorous training path and accelerated their aspirations in to a black hole! As a small business, ima field where there is little to no interest from the population as a whole it would be impossible to achieve that is required. Can we do more, possible, can we afford to do more. Not in our economy. Sadly, there simply is not enough political will to work with us. It is not us!

The statistics quoted by the Dept of Jobless and the BEE commission, are they correct or just nicely convenient? I question these statistics quoted by the BEE commission that is obviously fighting to remain relevant and the Hon Meth will grab at anything to prove how good and effective she eis. Please make the raw data public for further scrutiny. It is 99% impossible that 61.1% of private sector management positions are still occupied by pale males. There are not enough white males left.
