"contents": "<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Try them this way, and it’s quick and easy too.</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Ingredients</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 punnet Brussels sprouts</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 small red onion, chopped but not too fine</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cloves garlic, chopped</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">½ cup chicken or vegetable stock</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 Tbsp red wine vinegar</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Handful pistachios, shelled and chopped</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Method</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trim the base ends off the sprouts and remove outer leaves.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sauté chopped red onion and finely chopped garlic in olive oil till soft.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add ½ cup chicken or vegetable stock and 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar. Add the trimmed sprouts, cover and simmer gently till the sprouts are almost tender.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove the lid and simmer till most of the liquid has cooked away. Season with salt and pepper.
