"contents": " \r\n\r\n<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Find more recipes from her book <a href=\"https://www.dailymaverick.co.za/article/2021-04-16-fatima-sydow-cooks-up-a-stylish-new-cookbook/\">here</a></span></i>\r\n\r\n<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Serves 4)</span></i>\r\n\r\n<b>Ingredients</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 pieces kingklip, filleted, cleaned. and scaled</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 ml (1 tsp) turmeric</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15 ml (1 tbsp) roasted masala</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 ml (1 tsp) black pepper salt to taste</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60 ml (4 tbsp) oil</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8 slices fresh lemon</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Sauce</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">75 ml (5 tbsp) honey</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">75 ml (5 tbsp) chilli sauce </span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juice of a lemon</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt, to taste </span>\r\n\r\n<b>Method</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preheat the oven to 240°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or foil. Rub all the spices, salt and oil over the fish. Then place the lemon slices on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. </span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the sauce: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Remove the fish from the oven and pour over half the sauce. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
