"contents": "<b>Ingredients</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 ripe bananas</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">½ cup sugar</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 g self-raising flour</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 ml buttermilk</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">25 ml water</span>\r\n\r\n<b>Method</b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combine the flour and sugar and sift together. Slice the bananas and add to the mixture.</span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the buttermilk and mix the ingredients together. Take 25 ml water, pour into the used buttermilk container and shake well to loosen any remaining buttermilk.
