Boko Haram publish 'proof of life' video
The Nigerian terrorist group has published a video showing 15 of the 276 kidnapped Chibok girls. Their mothers identified some of the videotaped women. It is the first proof of their continued life since they were kidnapped in 2014.

Somali pirates jailed
France has sentenced seven Somali pirates to between six and 15 years in prison. They were found guilty of hijacking a French yacht in 2011 and killing its owner. For the pirates, however, a French jail may well be a holiday compared to life back home.
