Gambia joins ICC exit club


Gambia has announced its departure from the International Criminal Court (ICC). Clutching at South Africa's shameful moral trajectory, the African country noted the ICC's "persecution and humiliation of people of colour, especially Africans". Because in 2016 it's evidently better to just not put any genocidaire on trial instead. Read More
















Trump targets Obamacare


Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have carpet-bombed Florida with electoral promises this week. For the former, his focus switched to Obamacare. Calling it a "job-stealing" policy, the Orange Menace promised, "You will have such great health care at a tiny fraction of the cost and it's going to be so easy". In true Trump fashion, though, no actual policy path was detailed. Read More
















Not just Barrier Reef that's bleaching


Researchers revealed on Wednesday that critical reef systems in Australia's oceans are bleaching. The Queensland state coast's northern portion of reef ecosystem has also experienced major coral bleaching. With a 700km strip of the Great Barrier Reef drained of colour, climate charge, agricultural run-off, coral-eating snails and a host of other things perpetrated by mankind are to blame. Celebrating her 69th birthday, Hillary Clinton held a pre-birthday bash with Adele as the singer. No media were invited, sadly, so it's unclear whether Clinton belted out her favourite song(s).
