Barbara Holtmann

Dr Barbara Holtmann is a feminist urban safety and systems practitioner who developed the “What it looks like when it’s Fixed” methodology. She is a director of the consulting company Fixed, using the methodology for facilitation of collaborative integrated interventions, with a focus on strengthening government policy and responses to vulnerability and fragility, particularly for girls and women, community safety and development.
