Dr Rachel Fischer

Dr Rachel Fischer is the Parliamentary Engagement and Research Manager at Outa, project managing the EU co-funded Parliamentary Oversight Dashboard project. She collaborates with various organisations towards promoting accountability and achieving social justice, and holds a PhD in Information Science focused on AI ethics and policy development.
