Jeanne-Marie Tucker is a senior technical adviser with the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Kalipso Chalkidou is the director of Global Health Policy and a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Global Development and Yogan Pillay is the national health department’s deputy director-general for communicable and noncommunicable diseases.
