Nyasha Mcbride Mpani is the project leader for the Data for Governance Alliance Project at the Institute for Justice and Reconciliation based in Cape Town, and Marie-Noelle Nwokolo is a Senior Researcher and Analyst with the Johannesburg-based Brenthurst Foundation.
