Nicola Palmer

Nicola Palmer is a visiting scholar at the Centre for Criminology, University of Cape Town, and a Reader in Criminal Law and Associate Professor, King’s College London. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Oxford and is the author of ‘Courts in Conflict: Interpreting the Layers of Justice in Post-genocide Rwanda’ (Oxford University Press).
