Zukiswa Kota, Rachel Gondo and Semkae Kilonzo

Zukiswa Kota and Rachel Gondo lead the South Africa and Zimbabwe programmes of the Public Service Accountability Monitor (PSAM). Semkae Kilonzo is the Co-ordinator of Policy Forum in Tanzania. Both organisations are part of the Community of Practice of Social Accountability Monitors.
