Noluthando Qwelani

Noluthando Qwelani is a policy researcher in the Office of the Presidency of South Africa, working under the National Planning Commission. She is a graduate of the University of Fort Hare. Her work focuses on economic policy, youth-led governance reform and continental public sector innovation.
